Thirty seconds is a different sport
A 5-second spacebar test is a party trick. Thirty seconds is a small workout. The thumb heats, the pad of it goes numb, and people start to bounce on the key instead of pressing it. That bounce looks fast and scores slow, because half of the contacts never actuate. This page locks the timer to 30 seconds and uses a cooler percentile curve than the 5-second page on purpose. A 7 SPS at 30 seconds is not the same achievement as a 7 SPS at 5 seconds, and we will not pretend it is.
Average 30-second SPS sits around 5.2–6.0 for a healthy full-size board. If you can hold 7 for the whole half-minute you have unusual endurance or a very light switch. Laptop scissors often fall apart here: the key starts to mash and the count stalls. If the keyboard tester already showed Space as flaky, do not take this test first — you will be measuring a bounce, not a thumb.
How to last the window
Sit the thumb on the key and use a short stroke. Full travel on every press for thirty seconds is how you cramp. Do not watch the live SPS. Watch the key. If you need a number to chase, chase evenness, not a peak. After it ends, compare against your 5-second and 60-second pages. A small gap means a sustainable technique. A large gap means your short tests are flattering you. Then try the 60-second page only if you actually care about a minute of jump-hold. Most people do not.

What is a good 30 second SPS?
Around 5.5. Six is good. Seven for a full thirty seconds is unusual on a standard spacebar.
Why is this curve cooler than 5 seconds?
Because stamina is the thing being measured. A 7 at 30s is rarer than a 7 at 5s, so the percentile should say so.
