Casual games

Easy games for a general audience. Same lab, lower pulse. No accounts, no cartoon skin, no separate product.

Easy, not a different website

Casual games on KeenMind Lab are the pages you open when a reaction test was enough clock for one sitting. Memory match, tic tac toe, word search, and snake. They run in the same surfaces as the benchmarks: the same type, the same violet accent, the same rule that scores stay on your device. They are framed as casual — the word on this page, in the header, and in the footer — because that is what they are. Easy games for a general audience. Not a kids section, not a cartoon layer, not a second brand.

That distinction is practical. A site that presents itself as child-directed gets treated that way for advertising, and the benchmarks next door would inherit the label. These games are the same kind of thing adults already play on a phone while a kettle boils. Snake has been that since a Nokia keypad. Tic tac toe has been that since a paper napkin. Word search has been that on every flight. Memory match is concentration with geometric marks instead of clip art. If you want a children’s product, this is not it. If you want an easy game that does not look like a toy aisle, it is.

The four games

Memory match is pairs on a grid. 4×3, 4×4, or 6×5. Moves and a clock. Abstract symbols in the site palette. A good 4×4 is 16–22 moves. Tic tac toe is three-in-a-row against easy, medium, or an unbeatable minimax, plus local two-player. Impossible will not lose. Drawing it is the puzzle. Word search is a generated grid with a list; drag to select. Themes each have their own URL because “sports word search” and “animals word search” are different searches. Snake is the arcade original: eat, grow, do not hit yourself. Arrows and swipe, three speeds, wall wrap as a toggle. People will judge this one on feel.

None of these replace the instruments. Sequence memory is still the sequence test. Typing WPM is still the typing test. 2048 is still the sliding puzzle. Casual is the other door on the same hallway. The header dropdown lists both. The footer has a dedicated column. Related-game blocks on each casual page point back at the benchmarks so a word-search visitor can wander into a typing test without hunting.

Word search themes

Each theme is a separate, indexable page with its own list and its own article. The hub word search deals a mixed list so you can play immediately. The themed pages lock the vocabulary.
