    More than rain and sun

Weather lists on printable sites are RAIN SNOW SUN WIND and a sad little umbrella. This list assumes you have seen a forecast: FRONT, PRESSURE, HUMID, SQUALL, THUNDER, SLEET, HAIL, GUST, BREEZE, FROST, STORM, CLOUD. PRESSURE is the long one and usually the first you find. GUST and HAIL are the four-letter traps sitting on edges.

HUMID is clipped from humidity so it fits; we are not dropping eleven-letter nouns into a 12×12. CLOUD also appears on the nature list. SQUALL is the word that makes people doubt their spelling, then find it on a diagonal. This is general-audience English, not a meteorology course and not a preschool weather wheel.

    Clearing it

Sweep for THUNDER and PRESSURE. Then SLEET and SQUALL, which share a start and will fake you. A four-minute clear is a normal first run. If you want a calmer list, nature. If you want water, ocean.

    FAQ

    Why humid not humidity?

Letter budget. HUMID fits; HUMIDITY fights the grid. The meaning is the same for a hunt.

Is this a kids weather worksheet?

No. Forecast vocabulary, KeenMind Lab design, general audience.

Does the puzzle change with real weather?

No. The list is fixed. The packing is random each game.
